6. Legal Bases for Processing
The legal basis depends on the processing activity and applicable law.
Contract and Pre-Contractual Steps
Processing may be necessary to create and administer an account, provide an ordered service, manage a subscription, operate a team workspace, review a request before purchase, administer an approved partner relationship or complete an RENNUM Experts request.
Legitimate Interests
Where permitted, we may rely on legitimate interests to respond to business enquiries, maintain operations, protect accounts and infrastructure, prevent fraud, maintain necessary business records, understand website performance and improve services.
Where required, we assess whether these interests are overridden by the rights and interests of the affected individual.
Legal Obligations
We may process personal data where necessary to comply with accounting, tax, privacy, regulatory and lawful authority requirements.
Consent
We may rely on consent for non-essential cookies, optional marketing communications and other activities where consent is the appropriate legal basis.
Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing completed before consent was withdrawn.
7. Required and Optional Information
Some personal data is required to create an account, respond to an enquiry, provide a service, process a transaction, administer a referral or partner relationship or protect an account.
Required fields must be clearly identified.
If required information is not provided, we may be unable to respond, create or maintain an account, provide the selected service, complete a transaction or activate a referral or partner relationship.
Optional information must be clearly distinguished from mandatory information.
9. How We Share Personal Data
We may share personal data only where necessary with approved categories of recipients, such as:
- website and platform hosting providers;
- infrastructure providers;
- payment providers;
- email and communication providers;
- customer-support systems;
- analytics providers;
- security and fraud-prevention providers;
- technical service providers;

- public authorities where disclosure is legally required;
- a lawful successor in a merger, acquisition or restructuring.
Service providers may process personal data only for the agreed purpose and subject to applicable contractual, security and confidentiality requirements.
Rennum does not provide unrestricted client data to a referrer or partner merely because the client was attributed to that referrer or partner.
10. International Data Processing
Rennum serves clients internationally.
Personal data may be accessed, stored or processed in Hong Kong and in other countries where Rennum or approved service providers operate.
The privacy laws in those countries may differ from the laws in your country.
Where applicable law requires safeguards for an international transfer, GAMIGIN LIMITED will use an appropriate legal mechanism or contractual protection.
Information about applicable safeguards may be requested at contact@rennum.net.
11. Data Retention
We retain personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the relevant purpose, including legal, accounting, security and dispute-resolution requirements.
Retention is determined according to:
- the duration of the account, workspace, service or subscription;
- the status of an enquiry or support request;
- accounting and tax requirements;
- the time needed to administer a referral or partner relationship;
- security and fraud-prevention requirements;
- applicable limitation periods;
- legal obligations;
- the existence of a dispute or claim.
When data is no longer required, it will be deleted, anonymized or securely restricted as appropriate.
12. Data Accuracy
We take reasonable steps to keep personal data accurate and up to date.
Users should update account information where that functionality is available or contact Rennum to request correction.
Correction requests may be sent to contact@rennum.net.
13. Data Security
Rennum uses appropriate technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal data against unauthorized access, accidental loss, alteration, improper disclosure, destruction and misuse.
Access should be limited according to role and operational need.
Users are responsible for protecting authentication details and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access.
No online system can guarantee absolute security.
14. Fraud Prevention and Account Protection
Rennum may process account, technical, transaction and behavioral information to identify duplicate accounts, self-referrals, artificial workspace division, manipulated attribution, fake purchases, repeated deposits and refunds, unauthorized access, abuse of bonuses or Welcome Balance and other violations.
One signal, such as a shared IP address, should not by itself be treated as conclusive proof of fraud.
A review may consider a combination of account, transaction, technical, payment and behavioral information.

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have the right to:
- receive information about processing;
- request confirmation and access;
- request correction;
- request deletion;

Service, transaction, account and security messages are not marketing communications and may still be sent where necessary.
Submitting a contact or support form must not automatically subscribe a person to marketing.
Where consent is required, it must be separate, optional, specific and withdrawable.
18. Team Workspaces
A workspace Owner may manage team membership and available account access.
An organization using Rennum may be independently responsible for personal data it submits or controls.
Depending on the service and agreement, GAMIGIN LIMITED may act as a controller or data user for account, billing, security and administration, and may act as a processor or service provider for certain client-controlled data.
The final allocation must be confirmed in the applicable Terms of Use, service agreement or data-processing agreement.
19. Referral and Partner Attribution
When a person follows a valid Referral Program or RENNUM Partners link, Rennum may record the link and registration to attribute the workspace, provide the applicable Welcome Balance, determine qualification, calculate reward or commission and prevent duplication or fraud.
One client workspace can be attributed to one referrer or partner.
Individual team members are not separate referrals.
The referrer or partner receives only the limited status information required to administer the program.

If we become aware that data was collected from a person who could not lawfully provide it, we will take appropriate action under applicable law.
